Cantoneese Cuisine
There are eight cuisines divisions in Chinese food. Major of them are Chuan Cuisine, Cantoneese cuisine, Lu Cuisine, Min Cuisine, Su Cuisine, Hui Cuisine, Zhe Cuisine and Xiang Cuisine. Cantonese cuisine is the main cuisine in south of China, especially in Guangdong province.
